The Waco Hall Ticket Office Team Worker supports Student Activities and campus partners by managing ticket operations. This role involves direct interaction with guests and internal partners to ensure events are executed effectively and professionally.
What you'll do#
- Manage the collection and distribution of both online and counter ticket sales.
- Provide customer service to internal and external partners, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate event logistics to ensure services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Conduct presentations to provide updates and participate in planning meetings.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams on branding, advertising, and event promotion.
- Create feedback surveys and recommend service improvements.
What you'll need#
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate activities and assist with event logistics.
- Commitment to regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to comply with all University policies.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology are preferred.

- Location: Waco Hall, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Weekdays, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- Employment type: Part-time, paid position.
