About the role#
The Waco Hall Stagehand provides behind-the-scenes support for events hosted at Waco Hall, including After Dark, All University Sing, Pigskin Revue, and Stompfest. This role is part of the Student Activities department and involves assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various university events.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events in Waco Hall.
- Provide behind-the-scenes support for various productions and hospitality services.
- Serve as a point of contact to provide information and answer inquiries for patrons and clients.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
What you'll need#
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service to clients and patrons.
- The ability to comply with all University policies.
- While prior experience in technical or theatrical productions is not required, you must be willing to undergo provided training for technical expectations.
- This position is open to students in Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, Industrial Design, and Graphic Design.

- Compensation: Paid at $8.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Flexible hours based on event needs and weekly crew requirements.
