About the role#
This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events held at Waco Hall. You will provide behind-the-scenes assistance for major campus events, including After Dark, All University Sing, Pigskin Revue, and Stompfest. This is a paid, on-site student worker position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide behind-the-scenes support for event planning and execution.
- Deliver customer service to clients and patrons of Waco Hall.
- Answer inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Assist with various tasks related to events and hospitality services.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
What you'll need#
- Ability to comply with all University policies.
- Strong commitment to regular and punctual attendance.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- No prior experience in technical or theatrical production is required; training for technical expectations will be provided.
- Current enrollment as a student in a major such as Communications, Media Studies, or Human Resources is preferred.
