The Travel Award Consultant works within the Graduate School to manage the review and processing of travel award applications. This position is responsible for ensuring all submissions meet established criteria and coordinating with the Financial Aid office for fund disbursement.
What you'll do#
- Manage the end-to-end review and processing of travel award applications.
- Coordinate with Financial Aid to facilitate the disbursement of awards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all applicants.
- Support transparency by keeping accurate, up-to-date records of award recipients on the Graduate School website.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Baylor University.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
Location & details#
- Location: Morrison Hall, 1322 S. 5th St., Waco, TX.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Compensation: $8.50 per hour.
- Term: Rolling employment beginning in the Spring.
