The Travel Award Consultant manages the review and processing of travel award applications within the Graduate School. This position focuses on ensuring application compliance, coordinating financial disbursements, and maintaining accurate records to support award transparency.
What you'll do#
- Review and process travel award applications.
- Verify that all submissions meet established criteria.
- Coordinate with the Financial Aid office to facilitate award disbursements.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants regarding their status.
- Maintain accurate records of award recipients.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student at Baylor University.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Experience with data management and record-keeping.
Location & details#
- Location: Morrison Hall, 1322 S. 5th St., Waco, TX.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Employment Term: Spring/Ongoing (Rolling).
- Compensation: $8.50/hr.
