    About the role#

    The Department of Art and Art History is seeking a student to serve as a model for Figure Drawing I courses. This role supports student artists in a structured, instructor-led environment focused on the observation and drawing of the human figure. You will work under faculty guidance in a professional and respectful setting.

    What you'll do#

    • Pose for student artists during structured course hours.
    • Maintain poses for sustained periods while wearing a swimsuit.
    • Assist with specialized business or operational functions to contribute to departmental goals.

    What you'll need#

    • A dependable and professional attitude.
    • Ability to remain still for extended periods.
    • Comfort working in a focused classroom environment.
    • Reliability and punctuality.
    • No prior modeling experience is required.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Hooper-Schafer Fine Arts Center, Waco, Texas.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00–10:45 AM and/or 12:30–3:15 PM.
    • Compensation: $10.00 per hour.
