Student Worker - Student Manager, Football - BC

About the role#

This position serves as a student manager for the football team at Baylor University. Students work alongside full-time equipment staff to ensure the daily operations of the football program run smoothly. This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per week.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the set up and tear down of practice and game equipment.
• Help set up drills using practice equipment.
• Support equipment inventory, repair, and laundry operations.
• Perform business operations duties and assist with various projects as assigned.
• Provide customer service to clients.
• Travel with the team as requested, noting that travel is not guaranteed for every away game.

What you'll need#

• Must be available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative.
• Ability to comply with all University policies.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Preferred majors include Kinesiology, Business Administration, and Communications.

• Location: Fudge Football Development Center, Waco, Texas.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Pay Rate: $10.00/hr.
• Term: Ongoing.
