About the role#

The Recreation Service Associate serves as a student employee within the Campus Recreation department. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service while managing the daily operational details of the facility, including access control, equipment lending, and program registration.

What you'll do#

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors.
• Monitor and supervise the access and safe use of recreation facilities.
• Provide accurate information and process payments for recreation programs, services, and guest access.
• Perform or report operational needs, including equipment lending, facility checks, and maintenance requirements.
• Assist with various projects and tasks related to business operations.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Location: McLane Student Life Center, Waco, Texas.

• Work Modality: On-site.
• Schedule: Minimum of 8 hours per week; hours vary.
• Compensation: $10.00 per hour.
