About the role#
The Baylor Pre-Law Program is seeking an LSAT Tutor to support undergraduate students as they prepare for the Law School Admission Test. This position involves working one-on-one with students to guide them through their preparation process and help them navigate testing resources. This is a paid, part-time, on-site role for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Identify individual student strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement personalized study strategies for LSAT preparation.
- Assist students in building effective study habits and navigating prep resources.
- Support students in increasing their familiarity with official LSAT content and testing strategies.
- Maintain accountability for student preparation goals and provide support via email.
What you'll need#
- An official LSAT score in the 97th percentile or above.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to various learning styles.
- A passion for supporting students through the law school admissions process.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or academic support is preferred.
- Current enrollment in a major such as Political Science, Criminal Justice, or Psychology.

- Location: Sid Richardson Building, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 10-15 hours per week.
