Student Worker - Pre-Law Program LSAT Tutor

About the role#

The Baylor Pre-Law Program is seeking an LSAT Tutor to support undergraduate students preparing for the Law School Admission Test. This position involves working one-on-one with students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, develop individualized study strategies, and provide support throughout their preparation process.

What you'll do#

• Help students build effective study habits and navigate available prep resources.
• Increase student familiarity with official LSAT content and testing strategies.
• Provide guidance on study plans and maintain accountability for student preparation goals.
• Respond to student questions via email.

What you'll need#

• An official LSAT score in the 97th percentile or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
• A passion for supporting students through the law school admissions process.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or academic support is preferred.
• Familiarity with LSAC LawHub Prep Plus, LSAT Demon, or 7Sage is preferred.

Location & details#

• Location: Sid Richardson Building, Waco, Texas.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Schedule: 10-15 hours per week.
• Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
• Required materials: Resume and an official LSAT score report with your name visible.
