The Louise Herrington School of Nursing at Baylor University is seeking a Nursing Undergraduate Student Tutor to support fellow students. This is a paid, part-time position based at the Dallas campus.
What you'll do#
As a tutor, you will provide academic support to undergraduate nursing students. You are expected to maintain your status as a student in good standing while assisting others in mastering course material.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Baylor University student.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75.
- A grade of B or higher in the following courses: Professional Nursing Practice, Pathophysiology/Pharmacology I and/or II, and Human Needs I and/or II.
- No academic integrity or honor code infractions.
- An active Christian faith.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- A faculty reference (name and email address).
Location & details#
- Location: Dallas, Texas (Nursing School).
- Schedule: Flexible, maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $13 per hour.
- Term: Ongoing.
