About the role#
This position supports the Athletics Ticket Office at Baylor University. Student workers assist with daily business operations, sales initiatives, and customer service tasks. This is an on-site, paid role that requires availability for game day events, including mandatory work during football games.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the operations and sales of the Athletic Ticket Office.
- Provide customer service to clients via incoming calls, emails, and outbound sales efforts.
- Perform business operations duties and assist with departmental projects.
- Work game day events, including mandatory attendance at football games through halftime.
- Prioritize tasks and take initiative on assigned projects.

- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and collaborate well with others.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with the internet and the ability to learn new software quickly.
