About the role#

This position supports the Athletics Ticket Office at Baylor University. Student workers assist with daily business operations, sales initiatives, and customer service tasks. This is an on-site, paid role that requires availability for game day events, including mandatory work during football games.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the operations and sales of the Athletic Ticket Office.
• Provide customer service to clients via incoming calls, emails, and outbound sales efforts.
• Perform business operations duties and assist with departmental projects.
• Work game day events, including mandatory attendance at football games through halftime.
• Prioritize tasks and take initiative on assigned projects.
