Baylor University is seeking a Performance Nutrition Student Worker to support the Athletics Health and Wellness department. This role involves assisting with the daily operations of nutrition resources for student-athletes and maintaining facility standards. This position is based on-site at the Simpson Athletic & Academic Complex in Waco, Texas, for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Set up and implement team nutrition resources for practice, competition, and performance training sessions.
- Perform facility duties, including sanitation, maintenance, and equipment inventory.
- Participate in various projects and activities related to facility services.
- Attend required meetings throughout the semester.
- Communicate effectively with your supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are completed.
What you'll need#
- Ability to comply with all University policies.
- Strong commitment to regular and punctual attendance.
- Adherence to safety procedures and precautions at all times.
- Ability to assist with facility maintenance and cleaning as needed.
- Preferred majors include Nutrition, Kinesiology, or Biology.

- Schedule: Minimum of 10 hours per week
- Compensation: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
