Student Worker

About the role#

This position supports the Entrepreneurship Department at Baylor University. The role focuses on assisting with departmental initiatives, most notably the Baylor New Venture Competition. This is a part-time student worker position requiring 10-15 hours per week.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the planning and execution of Entrepreneurship Department initiatives, including the Baylor New Venture Competition.
• Perform specialized business and operational functions to support departmental goals.
• Manage data entry tasks.
• Review program applications to ensure eligibility.
• Provide on-site assistance for departmental events.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as they arise.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Business Administration.
• Ability to perform specialized business or operational functions.
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and application review.

• Location: Entrepreneurship Department Suite, 1621 S 3rd St, Waco, TX.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Term: Spring 2027 and ongoing.
