Student Manager Men's Tennis

About the role#

Baylor University is seeking a Student Manager for the Men's Tennis team for the Fall 2026 term. This position involves managing equipment, supporting team operations, and assisting with recruiting efforts. This is a paid, on-site student worker position requiring 20 hours per week.

What you'll do#

• Attend all mandatory team meetings, matches, and functions.
• Manage laundry and towel services for athletes twice weekly.
• Film match footage and upload files to the team Dropbox.
• Maintain the team locker room, team room, and equipment storage inventory.
• Assist with match setup, post-match cleanup, and team travel logistics, including snack and beverage preparation.
• Support recruiting weekends and other operational tasks as assigned by the tennis staff.
• Ensure full compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a student, with preference for majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Kinesiology.
• A minimum GPA of 2.00.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to self-motivate and work effectively within a team environment.
