The Spiritual Formation Office Graduate Research Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Director and Associate Director of Spiritual Formation at George W. Truett Theological Seminary. This role focuses on the daily administration and execution of office responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Support the Associate Director and Director of Spiritual Formation in their daily duties.
- Assist in the execution of Spiritual Formation initiatives and programs.
- Provide oversight for the general operation of the Spiritual Formation Office.
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency.
- Collaborate with department leadership on ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student in Psychology, Political Science, Philosophy, Public Health, or Human Resources.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Capacity to assist with office oversight and collaborative projects.

- Location: Truett Seminary, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2026 through Summer 2027.
- Employment Type: Part-time, paid graduate student position.
