About the role#
Baylor University is seeking a Graduate Assistant Videographer to support the Spiritual Life department. This role focuses on producing 1–2 minute promotional videos for chapel services to help students better understand their options. The position requires a 10-hour weekly commitment, with a schedule determined by chapel needs.
What you'll do#
- Light, shoot, and mic interviews, including all equipment setup and tear down.
- Coordinate the checkout and return of necessary equipment from FDMS.
- Capture B-roll footage during chapel services.
- Edit video content for final delivery.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
- Experience with DSLR and Blackmagic camera systems.
- Proficiency with professional audio and lighting equipment.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Availability to work some nights and weekends as required.
- Current enrollment in a graduate program, specifically within Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Communications.
