This graduate student position supports the Athletics Event Management & Facilities department at Baylor University. The role is based at the Ferrell Center and is intended for a duration of two academic years, beginning in the Fall 2026 semester.
What you'll do#
- Manage event logistics.
- Coordinate with other departments to support event execution.
- Assist with day-to-day facilities operations.
- Support event day operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- Ability to work a maximum of 28 hours per week.

- Location: Ferrell Center, Waco, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $14.13 per hour.
