Athletics - Ticket Office Student Assistant

About the role#

This position supports the Athletics Ticket Office at Baylor University. Students work alongside peers to manage daily operations, sales initiatives, and customer service. The role requires commitment to game day events, including mandatory attendance at all football games through halftime, with additional opportunities for other ticketed sports based on availability.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the daily operations and sales efforts of the Athletic Ticket Office.
• Provide customer service via incoming calls and emails.
• Conduct outbound sales in coordination with the Ticket Sales Center.
• Execute business operations tasks and assist with various projects as assigned.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with university policies.

• Enrollment in a Business Administration program.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Proficiency with the internet and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to prioritize tasks.
