This student worker position supports the Advocacy Center for Crime Victims & Children in Waco, Texas. The role focuses on increasing community awareness of agency services while providing essential support for internal operations and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and agency publications.
- Assist with the promotion of agency fundraisers and events.
- Support internal operations, including front desk coverage.
- Help enhance onboarding activities for the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, with preference for majors in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or Sociology.
- Ability to create social media content and assist with administrative operations.
- Interest in promoting agency events and engaging with community awareness initiatives.
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas (On-site).
- Schedule: Minimum 10 hours per week between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) and 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Friday).
- Term: Fall 2026 and Fall 2027.
- Compensation: $13.50/hour.
