About the role#
We are looking for a Production Intern to join our team in Fremont. This is a full-time, paid position that offers exposure to the construction industry. You will work on-site and support our production, safety, and warehouse operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the production team with daily tasks, including scheduling and dispatching crews.
- Handle administrative duties such as creating purchase orders, reviewing timesheets, and managing job files.
- Maintain organization by filing and uploading documents.
- Assist the safety team with their daily operations.
- Work in the warehouse by loading and unloading trucks, monitoring inventory, and keeping equipment in good condition.
- Follow all safety rules and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in a university or have recently graduated.
- You want to start your career in the construction industry.
- You are comfortable using MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
