About the role#
As a Radiology Student Technologist at Baptist Memorial Health Care, you will assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease through imaging procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Southaven, Mississippi. You will work under established hospital protocols to ensure patient care meets our standards.
What you'll do#
- Perform imaging procedures according to radiology practice standards.
- Develop and implement treatment plans using hospital guidelines.
- Apply your knowledge of radiologic theory to select the right techniques and positioning for each patient.
- Document procedures to comply with hospital policies.
- Keep equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas clean and safe.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
- Complete assigned goals and other duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an approved or accredited Radiology Program.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, which you must obtain within 14 days of your hire date.

- This is a full-time, paid position.
- The role operates on a rolling term basis.
