    About the role#

    Baptist Health System is seeking a Summer Intern to support the Workday HRIS team. This is a full-time, paid remote internship opportunity for the Summer 2026 term. Candidates must reside in Kentucky or Indiana to be eligible for this position.

    What you'll do#

    • Review and update outdated training materials to reflect new application functionality and process redesigns.
    • Remove inaccurate content from existing job aids.
    • Maintain tracking tools for testing documentation.
    • Learn the JIRA project management tool and perform task updates.
    • Manage and update an Excel tracker, ensuring tasks remain synchronized with JIRA entries.
    • Support department goals and align work with organizational strategic initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • High School Diploma.
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Computer Science.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to learn new project management tools.
    • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is considered a plus.

    • Location: Remote (Residency in Kentucky or Indiana required).
    • Term: Summer 2026.
