About the role#

Funding is provided based on factors such as degree program, graduation date, and career goals. Participants must meet specific tenure milestones after graduation to satisfy the funding requirements, which generally include a one-year work commitment for every $10,000 received.
What you'll do#
- Assist in obtaining your healthcare degree through program funding.
- Commit to joining Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange following graduation.
- Meet established tenure milestones to fulfill funding obligations.
- Plan for the utilization of program funding for career development after graduation.
- Submit all required application documentation, including transcripts and letters of recommendation.
What you'll need#
- Current acceptance or active enrollment in an applicable degree program.
- Submission of current GPA for all past or current college coursework.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably from an employer or clinical instructor.
- A one-page document outlining your career plans and how you intend to use the funding.
- Current Baptist Health employees must be in good standing regarding performance and attendance.
