    About the role#

    Baptist Health System is seeking a Summer Intern to support the Workday HRIS team in Louisville, KY. This full-time, paid internship is designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Communications. Interns will gain practical experience in project management and HR systems documentation.

    What you'll do#

    • Review and update training materials to ensure content is current.
    • Remove inaccurate information from job aids following process redesigns and new application functionality.
    • Maintain tracking tools for testing documentation.
    • Learn to use the JIRA project management tool to update and track tasks.
    • Manage and synchronize data between Excel trackers and JIRA to ensure project alignment.

    What you'll need#

    • High School Diploma.
    • Experience with the JIRA project tool.
    • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is considered a plus.
