About the role#
The PACE program is a learn and earn opportunity designed to bridge the gap between nursing school and your professional career. This program consists of four levels and allows you to balance work requirements with your existing school commitments.
What you'll do#
- Complete the application including your work history.
- Submit a transcript from your school.
- Write a personal statement detailing your career goals and interest in the program.
- Participate in the structured PACE program levels.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a nursing program with good academic standing.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5, which must be maintained throughout the program.
- Completion of nursing fundamentals or status as a Certified Nursing Assistant with 6 months of experience.
- A current BLS card or the ability to obtain one.
- A resume and two letters of recommendation from nursing faculty or educators.
