About the role#
The Knowledge Program provides tuition support to nursing students. It helps you finish your degree and includes a commitment to join Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange after you graduate. Program funds are forgiven as you reach specific tenure milestones. You will generally owe one year of work for every $10,000 in funding received.
What you'll do#
- Use tuition dollars to assist in obtaining your nursing degree.
- Commit to full-time employment at Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation.
- Meet tenure milestones to forgive the program funding.
What you'll need#
- You must be accepted or actively enrolled in a nursing degree program. Students taking only prerequisite classes are not eligible.
- Current Baptist employees must be in good standing regarding performance and attendance.
- Provide a transcript showing your current GPA.
- Submit an acceptance letter into your nursing program.
- Provide two letters of recommendation from an employer or clinical instructor.
- Submit a one-page document explaining how you plan to use the funds and your post-graduation career plans.
- Complete a program survey form, which will be sent via email after your application is submitted.
