About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2028 based in our Chicago or Milwaukee offices. You will work on live transactions and gain experience across the full deal lifecycle. This role requires a minimum 10-week commitment and involves significant work hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical support for sell-side mergers and acquisitions, buy-side mandates, and public equity offerings.
- Assist with company valuations and financial modeling.
- Conduct research to support new business generation.
- Prepare marketing materials and facilitate due diligence processes.
- Work directly with senior bankers and client management on domestic and cross-border transactions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date of December 2028 or Spring 2029.
- Academic focus in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Proven interest in investment banking or financial services.
- Strong work ethic and a record of excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and handle self-directed tasks.
- Superior intellect, demonstrated leadership, and excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
