About the role#
Join the Equity Research Operations team as a Business Coordinator Intern. You will contribute to a collaborative group focused on efficiency, process improvement, and innovation. This role offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals and research analysts to support operational initiatives and department goals.
What you'll do#
- Support operational initiatives across the Equity Research department.
- Collaborate with research analysts to improve team performance and client output.
- Assist with department projects including coverage lists, marketing materials, and data sourcing.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later. All majors are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work both within a team and on a self-directed basis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with associates at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This internship is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.
- You must be available to work full-time (37.5-40 hours per week) during the summer and part-time (15-20 hours per week) during the school semesters.
- The program runs from Summer 2027 through Spring 2028. We are looking for a student who can start in June 2027.
- This position is paid.
