About the role#
Join the Equity Research Operations team as a Business Coordinator Intern. You will contribute to a group focused on efficiency, process improvement, and innovation. You will work alongside experienced professionals and equity research analysts to support operational initiatives and advance department goals. This is a year-round position beginning in June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support operational initiatives that drive efficiency and process improvement across the Equity Research department.
- Collaborate with research analysts and professionals to enhance team performance.
- Assist with department projects, including maintaining coverage lists, preparing marketing materials, and data sourcing.
- Complete various administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- All majors are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with associates at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.
- Schedule: Full-time during the summer (37.5 to 40 hours per week) and part-time during school semesters (15 to 20 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Eligibility: Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
