About the role#
ATLAS Navigators, LLC is hiring for an Audit Internship in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a full-time, paid position for the winter 2027 term, running from mid-January through mid-April. You will support audit services for local businesses and nonprofits while working directly with team members and client relationship managers. Based on your performance, this role may lead to future opportunities as an intern or entry-level associate.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational and financial processes to ensure federal and industry compliance.
- Review, document, and test internal controls by evaluating compliance with federal laws and regulations.
- Prepare and index working papers.
- Perform fieldwork for audit engagements under direct supervision.
- Complete research and special projects.
- Follow guidelines for file management and client confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of coursework at an accredited university.
- Current enrollment as an accounting major tracking toward a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues.
- Professional presence with experience participating in meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
