About the role#
The Technology Development Program Internship is a 10 to 12 week summer experience. You will work on hands-on projects across one of four tracks: Software Engineer, Data Science Engineer, Business Analytics Engineer, or Network Engineer. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build, test, and improve software solutions using modern development practices and AI-assisted tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world projects.
- Apply data science, machine learning, and generative AI practices to solve business problems.
- Work with large datasets, build and evaluate models, and develop scalable data pipelines.
- Use data, dashboards, automation, and AI tools to improve processes and operations.
- Support the planning, building, and optimization of wireless and fiber networks.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- You have the ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
- You bring integrity, accountability, and a habit of thoughtful decision-making.
- You possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You demonstrate initiative, ownership, and leadership potential.
- You have a learning mindset and a drive to deliver results.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- Locations: Dallas, Texas; Middletown, New Jersey; Bothell, Washington; Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work modality: On-site 5 days per week.
