About the role#
The Technology Development Program Internship is a 10 to 12 week summer experience. You will work on business-impacting projects across four tracks: Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Network Engineering. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build, test, and improve reliable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world projects.
- Apply data science, machine learning, generative AI, and software engineering practices to solve complex business problems.
- Work with large datasets, build and evaluate models, and develop scalable data pipelines.
- Explore AI agents and workflow automation.
- Use data, dashboards, and AI tools to improve processes, platforms, and operations.
- Translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Support the planning, building, and optimization of wireless and fiber networks.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- You can work on-site 5 days per week.
- You possess integrity, accountability, and the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You demonstrate initiative, ownership, and leadership potential.
- You have a learning mindset and a drive to deliver results.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
This internship is located in Dallas, Texas; Middletown, New Jersey; Bothell, Washington; and Atlanta, Georgia. You are expected to work on-site 5 days per week.
