About the role#
This 12-week internship at the AT&T headquarters in Dallas is designed for students to gain hands-on experience and build leadership capabilities. You will join the Transformation & Supply Chain organization and work within one of four tracks: Strategy & Transformation, Sourcing, Planning & Logistics, or Technology. This program aims to help you align your work with your academic background while contributing to projects that modernize our operations.
What you'll do#
- Shape strategic perspective by using market intelligence and conducting analysis.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives by analyzing supplier markets and participating in RFx events.
- Improve planning, logistics, and operations by analyzing performance trends and optimizing processes.
- Enable technology, AI, and automation by building data-driven solutions, models, and dashboards.
What you'll need#
- You are a current student pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Your major is in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- You have an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- You demonstrate integrity, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
- You possess clear communication skills and executive presence.
- You show curiosity, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Dallas, Texas.
- The position requires on-site office presence of at least 5 days per week.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a salary range of $53,900 to $80,900 per year.
- AT&T does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position.
