About the role#
This M&A Analyst position offers hands-on experience in the mergers and acquisitions sector. You will work with a team of investors and operators focused on the acquisition and growth of mission-critical software companies. This is a full-time role designed for students or recent graduates looking to develop their careers in an entrepreneurial environment.
What you'll do#
- Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities and maintain an investment pipeline.
- Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
- Travel to meet and engage with businesses across LATAM.
- Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including knowledge of company valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
