About the role#
Artisan Partners is looking for a student to join the Human Capital team as a Total Rewards Intern. You will work with the team on benefits, compensation, HR systems, and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience with the programs that support our Associates. The position runs throughout the school year and summer, with hours scheduled around your classes.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration of Associate benefits programs, including eligibility reviews, enrollments, and documentation.
- Assist with data reconciliation, audits, and reporting for compensation and benefits programs.
- Help with compensation analysis, data preparation, and recurring reports.
- Support HR systems and data management by validating data and preparing reports.
- Participate in special projects and other Human Capital initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to learn new concepts, processes, and systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
