About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting. You will work alongside professionals at all levels, gaining insight into the field while participating in interactive training and development activities. This role offers exposure similar to our associate-level hires.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and prepare workpapers.
- Work as an individual contributor and as part of an engagement team.
- Interpret and analyze financial data, then communicate your findings to the team.
- Research client, industry, and technical matters.
- Engage with client personnel to build professional relationships.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business with an emphasis in accounting.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Preference is given to candidates planning to complete the 150 semester or 225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure between December 2028 and August 2029.
