About the role#
The Archdiocese of Baltimore is seeking a Human Resource Intern to collaborate with the Special Projects Coordinator on a time-sensitive initiative. This position provides exposure to an applicant tracking system and various critical areas of business. The role is based at the Archdiocese of Baltimore Central Office in Baltimore, Maryland, and is expected to last approximately 6 months or more.
What you'll do#
- Perform research within the UKG applicant tracking system.
- Initiate and respond to external communication via email and phone.
- Conduct research on various human resource related topics as requested.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a 4-year degree in a business-related discipline, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to stay on task and be highly dependable.
- Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive human resource information.

- Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
