About the role#
This position offers students an opportunity to gain experience in food service and catering operations. You will support our team by preparing food, maintaining service areas, and interacting with guests on campus.
What you'll do#
- Follow standardized recipes to prepare and build food items.
- Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations like prep tables and service counters.
- Serve food to customers while anticipating their needs.
- Keep food stations stocked and replenished.
- Store food items according to safety standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward guests, clients, and coworkers.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Ensure the security of company assets.
What you'll need#
- Ability to demonstrate guest service skills.
- Must hold or be willing to acquire a food safety certification.
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear uniforms or personal protective equipment as required.
