About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will contribute to production-adjacent engineering work on our AI-powered Process Automation platform. You will join a small, high-performing team to learn how enterprise software is designed, built, tested, and shipped at scale. This role requires you to work on-site at our headquarters in McLean, Virginia, 5 days a week.
What you'll do#
- Develop Clean Software: Apply your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming to contribute to full-stack components.
- Engineer with AI: Use AI coding tools to generate, review, and evaluate code to improve development speed and quality.
- Debug and Learn Systems Thinking: Support issue investigation, identify root causes, and fix software defects with guidance from experienced engineers.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Participate in design discussions, stand-ups, and code reviews while translating requirements into technical solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- A strong academic record.
- Proven fluency in AI and LLMs, including both strategic development and hands-on application to workflows.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 40 hours per week schedule.
- Must be returning to school following the completion of the Summer 2027 internship.

- Compensation: $50.00 per hour.
