About the role#
As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will join our Customer Success team for a 10-week, full-time summer program at our global headquarters. This role provides hands-on experience in building and scaling solutions on the Appian platform. You will work under the mentorship of a project team to support clients in modeling, orchestrating, and optimizing complex business workflows.
What you'll do#
- Build and deploy robust, web-based applications on the Appian platform to support client digital strategies.
- Partner with the customer success team and clients to analyze business strategies and model critical workflows.
- Design change management artifacts and materials to drive user adoption of newly deployed digital solutions.
- Collaborate in-person daily with peers and mentors to contribute to team deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Systems Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- A strong academic record and the intent to return to school following the completion of the Summer 2027 internship.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 40-hour work week for the duration of the 10-week program.
- Note: Appian will not provide sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.

- Modality: This is an on-site position requiring 5 days a week in the office.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship at a rate of $35.00 per hour.
