About the role#
As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will join our Customer Success team for a 10-week summer program at our headquarters. You will work under the mentorship of a project team to learn how to build, deploy, and scale solutions on the Appian platform. This role involves direct collaboration with clients to help them model, orchestrate, and optimize complex workflows.
What you'll do#
- Build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform.
- Partner with the customer success team and clients to analyze business strategies.
- Design change management artifacts to help users adopt new digital solutions.
- Collaborate in-person daily with peers and mentors.
- Contribute to team deliverables in a focused environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Systems Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- A strong academic record.
- You must be returning to school after the internship concludes in Summer 2027.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the full 10-week duration.

- This internship is located on-site at our headquarters in McLean, Virginia.
- The program requires in-office attendance 5 days a week.
- This is a paid position at $35.00 per hour.
