About the role#
We are looking for a motivated Trade Marketing Intern to support our retail marketing initiatives. This role focuses on trade marketing across Sephora, Sephora at Kohl's, Sephora Mexico, and digital channels. You will gain hands-on experience in retail marketing, ranging from PDP support to merchandising programs like sampling and GWPs. This position is ideal for someone interested in the beauty industry who enjoys both creative execution and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Support retail marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Assist with Sephora PDP support, including copy updates, asset uploads, and ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct weekly audits and regular store checks to ensure assets align with brand standards.
- Coordinate assets for Sephora, Sephora Mexico, DTC, and Amazon.
- Maintain key trackers and files, such as launch calendars, assortment files, and reporting documents.
- Assist with sampling and GWP programs, including order placement and inventory tracking.
- Help compile channel recaps and performance summaries for marketing updates.
- Manage trade closet inventory and support merchant gifting and event needs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Must be based in New York City and able to commute to the office.
- Strong Excel skills for managing trackers and reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating polished recaps.
- A genuine passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
