About the role#
AMOREPACIFIC is seeking a motivated Trade Marketing Intern to support retail initiatives across Sephora, Sephora at Kohl’s, Sephora Mexico, and digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience in cross-functional retail marketing, focusing on brand awareness, asset management, and performance reporting within the beauty industry.
What you'll do#
- Support retail marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Assist with Sephora product detail page (PDP) support, including copy updates, asset uploads, and ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct weekly audits and regular store checks to ensure brand standards are met across all channels.
- Support asset briefs and coordinate assets for Sephora, Sephora Mexico, DTC, and Amazon.
- Help maintain key trackers and files, including launch calendars, assortment files, and reporting documents.
- Assist in compiling channel recaps and performance summaries for marketing updates.
- Collaborate with creative, product marketing, consumer marketing, influencer, and social teams.
- Support trade closet inventory, merchant gifting, and product ordering.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Must be based in New York City and able to commute to the office.
- Strong Excel skills for managing trackers and reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating polished recaps.
- A genuine passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
