About the role#
AMOREPACIFIC is seeking a motivated Trade Marketing Intern to support retail marketing initiatives across Sephora, Sephora at Kohl’s, Sephora Mexico, and digital channels. This role provides hands-on exposure to cross-functional retail marketing within the beauty industry, focusing on brand awareness, product launches, and merchandising programs.
What you'll do#
- Support scalable retail marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales.
- Assist with Sephora PDP support, including copy updates, asset uploads, and ongoing maintenance.
- Conduct weekly audits and regular store checks to ensure assets are accurately represented and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate asset briefs for Sephora, Sephora Mexico, DTC, and Amazon.
- Help maintain key trackers, launch calendars, assortment files, and reporting documents.
- Assist with sampling and GWP programs, including inventory tracking and coordination with operations.
- Support visual merchandising updates, including artwork uploads and deadline tracking.
- Compile channel recaps and performance summaries for marketing updates.
- Maintain trade closet inventory and support merchant gifting and event needs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
- Strong Excel skills for managing trackers and reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating clear, polished recaps.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
