About the role#
This undergraduate co-op position places you within the Manufacturing Clinical Supply organization. You will work as a Manufacturing Associate in Drug Substance and Drug Product Technical Operations. Your work supports the supply of clinical trials conducted by the company globally.
What you'll do#
- Lead an improvement project within a clinical manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate across Process Development, Facilities & Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
- Execute problem solving, root cause analysis, and data visualization tasks.
- Apply Continuous Improvement principles to create new solutions.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize workflows, protocols, and procedures.
- Conduct production floor testing, coordinating across multiple disciplines.
What you'll need#
- You are 18 years or older.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program with a 3.0 minimum GPA.
- Completed at least one year of study prior to the internship.
- Must be located in the United States and plan to continue enrollment after the program ends.
- Preferred: Degree concentration in Engineering or Life Sciences.
- Preferred: Experience in a biology lab, previous work or volunteering, and project management skills.
- Preferred: Ability to work in cross-functional teams, analytical thinking, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
