About the role#
The Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) is hiring a Graduate Event Data Assistant to manage data collection and tracking for its programs and events. This part-time role supports the CFE by maintaining registration systems, monitoring attendance, and reporting on event impact. You will work 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Build, update, and test event registration and attendance databases using SharePoint.
- Manage attendance tracking and create data dashboards to visualize participation patterns.
- Develop, distribute, and summarize feedback surveys and evaluations for all CFE programs.
- Consolidate registration information into the customer relations database.
- Coordinate with CFE staff to collect necessary data for the production of the CFE Annual Report.

- This position is open only to currently enrolled American University students.

- This is an on-site position located at the American University main campus in Washington, DC.
- The role is part-time at 20 hours per week.
- Compensation is $18.40 per hour.
