About the role#
The Code Compliance Engineer Intern role provides hands-on experience during the inter-campaign maintenance season. You will travel to each of the five factories to assist with essential maintenance and compliance tasks. Supervisors are available on-site to help with decisions and technical problems.
What you'll do#
- Complete pressure vessel testing at each factory to ensure state compliance.
- Perform thickness testing inside equipment.
- Follow required safety precautions, which may include working in confined spaces.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your freshman year of college.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Location & details#
- Location: East Grand Forks, MN.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- Benefits: You will earn 1 hour of sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked and receive pay for company-observed holidays.
