About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work with a major trade association in Washington, DC. You will contribute to projects across the organization, build a professional network, and work on tasks that impact the banking industry.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of briefings for officer speaking engagements at state association conventions.
- Research banking institutions to find engagement and recruitment opportunities.
- Create background materials for Speakers Bureau events.
- Review and update member-facing web content, including job role checklists and the toolbox.
- Help increase engagement with member posts on social media.
- Assist with data clean-up projects.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior at an accredited college or university.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A focus in Communications.
- Strong research, editing, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and clear communication abilities.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position at $25 per hour.
- The role runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027, for 37.5 hours per week.
- The position is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days per week onsite.
