About the role#
The Monitoring & Utilization Intern supports our Product Management team with product adoption, data analysis, and operational reporting for regional client accounts. This role offers direct exposure to product strategy, cross-functional operations, and executive reporting.
What you'll do#
- Track, organize, and analyze recurring system utilization data across key account segments.
- Assist with root-cause investigations for security events by centralizing evidence and documentation.
- Deliver performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deploy strategies that drive customer engagement and product efficiency.
- Support predictive forecasting for product metrics, cost modeling, and internal process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and comfort learning internal database tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work 10-15 hours per week on-site.
