About the role#
As an intern in the Quartus compiler group, you will contribute to the design, coding, and testing of software. You will work on the core tools that support FPGA development. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Determine software architecture and implement it using C/C++.
- Propose new ideas and bring them to productization.
- Write functional descriptions for new features.
- Improve Quartus synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis engines.
- Develop C/C++ unit tests and regression tests.
- Write HDL test cases using VHDL or Verilog.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program for Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Eligibility for all required Canada export authorizations.
