About the role#
Our Private Credit business unit manages syndicated and corporate loans. These internships offer an introduction to finance, loan servicing, and alternative investing. You will work in a client-facing environment across several specialized teams including Loan Agency, Loan Trade Settlement, Asset Based Lending, Successor Agency, Commercial Loan & Credit Services, and Credit Structured Products.
What you'll do#
- Process loans and review loan documentation.
- Handle invoicing and client communication.
- Facilitate lender trades and work with attorneys on trade logistics and compliance.
- Perform collateral and asset-based servicing and monitoring.
- Manage distressed and high-risk loans.
- Provide underwriting support for non-syndicated and smaller loans.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in finance, loan servicing, and alternative investing.
- Pursuit of a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.

- Term: Summer 2027.
