About the role#

The Store Operations Data Analyst Intern will support the Store Operations team by analyzing business data to identify trends and improve operational performance. This role bridges the gap between corporate reporting and real-world store execution, providing insights that impact customer experience, labor productivity, and sales performance.

What you'll do#

• Spend time in retail store locations to observe and execute operational processes firsthand.
• Collect, organize, and analyze store operations data from various reporting systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key business metrics.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across store locations.
• Support projects focused on labor productivity, customer experience, sales performance, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate reporting accuracy, and present findings to leadership.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
